This classic type of model has\nalso been extended to account for natural language sentence\nprocessing effects (Johns & Jones, 2015). The current article\nextends this work to account for sentence production, and\ndemonstrates that the structure of language itself provides\nsufficient power to generate syntactically correct sentences,\neven with no higher-level information about language provided\nto the model.","language":"eng","license":{"name":"","short_name":"","text":null,"url":""},"keywords":[{"word":"Language production; Computational models of\nlanguage; Corpus-based models."}],"section":"Papers","is_remote":true,"remote_url":"https://escholarship.org/uc/item/6k50h3wz","frozenauthors":[{"first_name":"Brendan","middle_name":"T.","last_name":"Johns","name_suffix":"","institution":"University at Buffalo","department":""},{"first_name":"Randall","middle_name":"K.","last_name":"Jamieson","name_suffix":"","institution":"University of Manitoba","department":""},{"first_name":"Matthew","middle_name":"J.
