By integrating a Personalized Attention Mechanism (P-Attn), PLGAN effectively extracts learners' distinct learning patterns and behavioral tendencies, addressing the limitations of traditional knowledge tracing models that assume homogeneous learner groups. Unlike conventional approaches, PLGAN dynamically adjusts the weighting of behavioral features, enabling a more nuanced representation of learning preferences and improving the accuracy of knowledge state predictions across diverse learning environments. Experimental results on multiple public datasets demonstrate that PLGAN achieves an average performance improvement of 3.5% in knowledge tracing tasks. Furthermore, the generative nature of PLGAN enhances its generalization and robustness, effectively capturing individualized learning dynamics.
