Careful physical examination revealed a tender palpable cord along the lateral aspect of his chest consistent with a superficial thrombophlebitis.\nDiscussion:\n Mondor’s disease is a superficial thrombophlebitis with myriad underlying causes that can involve the thoracic wall.
