In this paper, we show how humansyllogistic reasoning can be modeled under a new cognitivetheory, the Weak Completion Semantics. Our analysis basedon computational logics identifies seven principles necessaryto draw the inferences. Hence, this work contributes to acomputational foundation of cognitive reasoning processes.",
