We report a case of osteosarcoma with metastatic disease in the lungs of a patient who presented with a spontaneous pneumothorax. We briefly discuss the mechanisms of secondary spontaneous pneumothorax, the mechanisms of pulmonary tumor emboli, and the diagnosis of calcified lung nodules in patients with osteosarcoma.</p>",
